Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Call 714-449-3318 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (returns will not be accepted without this authorization number).
• All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original documentation.
• Claims for discrepancies must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Material returned after 30 days from shipment date will not be accepted.
• Custom orders are not returnable; no cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits for Made-To-Order materials.
• C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
• Altered items will not be accepted.
• Customer may return most non-defective products directly to Seller within thirty (30) days of invoice date and receive, at Customer’s option, credit or exchange, except that Customer may be subject to a restocking charge which will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange.
• All return and refunds must be authorized by a KNS Industrial Supply representative.
